At Energie Gym, transparency and fairness guide all our policies. This Refund Policy explains membership and package refund rules, along with our paid freezing option.
No Refund Policy
All memberships, packages, and prepaid sessions are non-refundable. This allows us to provide consistent quality services to all members. Any exceptions are solely at the discretion of Energie Gym management.
Membership Freezing Option
- Members can freeze their active membership for a minimum of 15 days and up to 6 months with prior approval.
- A nominal freeze fee applies, communicated at the time of request.
- Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the intended start date via email or written form.
- The membership expiry will extend by the approved freeze duration.
- Special cases (medical emergencies, relocation) are considered individually upon management approval.
Policy Applicability
This policy applies to all Energie Gym branches — Shanti Vihar, Preet Vihar, and Rajouri Garden. Management decisions are final.
