Membership Terms
- All memberships and packages are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
- Memberships are non-refundable, except in rare circumstances as determined by management.
- Members must present valid ID or membership proof upon entry.
- Memberships may be frozen as per the approved freezing policy.
Code of Conduct
- Members must respect staff, trainers, and fellow members at all times.
- Proper gym attire and footwear are required.
- Use of equipment must follow trainer guidance to ensure safety.
- Any misconduct, harassment, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Use of Facilities
- Equipment must be handled with care; damage may result in repair/replacement charges.
- Members are responsible for their personal belongings. Energie Gym is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Gym access hours must be observed, and members should follow branch-specific rules.
Liability & Safety
Members engage in physical exercise at their own risk. Energie Gym, its trainers, and staff are not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment, pre-existing health conditions, or failure to follow trainer instructions.
Amendments
Energie Gym reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available at all branches and online. Continued use of our facilities signifies acceptance of changes.
