01 Can I freeze my membership if I travel?
Yes, membership freezing is available for annual members for a minimum duration of 15 days. Please contact the front desk 48 hours in advance.
02 Can I transfer my membership to a friend?
Membership transfers are allowed subject to a nominal transfer fee. The new member must not have been an existing member in the last 6 months.
03 Are you open on Public Holidays?
We are generally open on most holidays with reduced hours (usually 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM). Specific announcements are made on our social media pages.
04 How do I book a Personal Trainer?
You can book a consultation with any trainer at the front desk. They will assess your goals and suggest a package suitable for you.
